This outfit was inspired by one of my favorite films, a cult classic named Donnie Darko. If you haven’t seen it then you really need to go watch it. One of the most memorable outfits from it is the skeleton bodysuit, hoodie and sneakers that Donnie wears. Of course I ended up putting my own twist on it but it’s my little tribute to the film.
I came across an impressive store called Shi while looking around the marketplace for a mesh hoodie with the hood up. While checking out the rest of the store I spied the rigged mesh suspender belt I have on and fell in love with it. I even ended up purchasing something else from them that I’m sure I’ll end up blogging in the future. I can’t wait to see what else they come up with because I’m loving this stuff.
